Ilse deBruin
Distinguished leader in the supply chain and logistics technology sector, with over two decades of experience in building innovative products and scaling businesses. An award-winning scholar, she holds an MBA and degrees in Economics, Communications, and Financial Management from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
As Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Flexport, Ilse spearheaded a transformative program that significantly reduced costs and improved efficiency. During her tenure at Amazon.com Inc as Head of Global Logistics Product and Operations, she led the cross-border transportation unit to a $1 billion milestone, demonstrating his expertise in strategic growth and operational excellence.
Previously at UTi Worldwide, Inc, she notably improved operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction as the Senior Vice President of Global Network Operations. Her career began at UTi South Africa (Pty) Ltd, where he significantly contributed to expanding the company's footprint in key markets.
Active in professional circles, Ilse is affiliated with CSCMP and engaged in humanitarian work with non-profits like Delivering Better Lives. Her career exemplifies a unique blend of visionary leadership, operational acumen, and a commitment to excellence in the global logistics domain.

Jeff Wynes
Jeff has over a decade of experience leading high-performing, tech-centric service organizations across hyper-growth, mid-market and large tech start-up environments. He has successfully driven numerous transformational initiatives, including international expansion projects; M&A strategy development and integration management; operational service design and restructuring; business process outsourcing; and digital product launches. He has led large international teams within the global corporate mobility and supply chain industries.

Throughout his career, Jeff has taken a collaborative and value-driven approach to helping stakeholders solve a diverse range of complex challenges. He has consistently delivered operational excellence with an eye to customer experience, people development, digital solutions and a passion for continuous improvement. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and an MBA in Strategy from Wayne State University. He has lived in multiple regions throughout the US, as well as Germany, Belgium, Portugal and Luxembourg.
